Counting stakeholders
What counts as a stakeholder?
It determines whether you pay nothing or £1,260, so it shouldn't be in a footnote. Here it is in full.
Anyone holding something — a shareholder, an option holder, a warrant holder. One person with both shares and options is one stakeholder, not two. And your company also counts as a single stakeholder.
We count stakeholders, not users: each shareholder can have multiple users (e.g the VC team members, your employee's accountant). That won't affect your stakeholder count.
Counted as they stand today, not at your busiest ever. A leaver who stops holding shares or options no longer counts toward the total.
The small print, in large type
No minimum term
Cancel the monthly plan whenever you like, or choose a discounted annual plan.
No expiring credits
Nothing to pre-purchase, and nothing that runs out unused at the end of a year.
No support tiers
Everyone gets the same help. It isn’t gated behind a plan or an add-on.
